The kitchen has never been just a job for us—it’s where we belong. With 36 years of combined mastery in Italian and wood-fired cooking, our lives are defined by the scent of hardwood and the perfect stretch of dough.
When the world went quiet during COVID-19, we found ourselves adrift in the corporate world. But you can’t silence a lifelong passion. Even behind a desk, we could still feel the heat of the fire and the joy of feeding our community. That longing fueled the birth of Crust & Craft NZ.
We traded the office for the hearth, pouring decades of expertise into a traditional wood-fired oven on wheels. Every pizza we slide across the stone is a piece of our journey—a celebration of heritage, resilience, and the smoky magic that only a real flame can create.
We’re back doing what we love. We can’t wait to share a slice of that passion with you.
